Welcome to SupedUp Music. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of supedupmusic.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us, including physical merchandise and digital products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell physical merchandise (such as apparel and printed goods) and digital products (such as downloads, files, or other digital content) through the Site.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
4. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase, including both physical merchandise and digital products, except where required by law.
Digital products (downloads, files, or other digital content) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered, since the product cannot be "returned."
If you believe there was an error with your order (such as a defective physical item or a broken download link), contact us at supedupmusicfl@gmail.com and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. This does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
5. Digital Product License
When you purchase a digital product from us, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share digital products with others, or claim them as your own work, unless we've explicitly stated otherwise for that product.
6. Shipping (Physical Products)
Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to our SMS marketing program by texting our keyword to our short code or submitting your number on the Site:
You will receive marketing messages such as new release alerts, presale access, and exclusive offers, at a frequency of approximately 3-4 messages per month.

8. Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or to use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupedUp Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
